New Clendo Reference Laboratory
The project consists of the design for new facilities that will be located at Ongay Street behind the existing Clendo Reference Laboratory in Bayamón. This new building will consist of approximately 37,000 square feet. Parking spaces and security control areas will be located at the ground level, along with some maintenance and storage facilities. The next level will accommodate the nucleus of the building that is all the laboratories and their support facilities. Both remaining levels are dedicated to administrative offices and other educational and general facilities. Another component of this expansion is the remodeling of 8,000 square feet of the existing facilities of Clendo Reference Laboratory.
