Estancias del Lago Development
Estancias del Lago is a social interest project, designed to provide low income families with a secure and stable homes. The project was designed under the parameters of the Puerto Rico Planning Board Resolution JP-242. The development included 131 dwelling units. Two alternative floor plans were designed with option for one or two bathrooms; both plans included main dormitory, two dormitories, living-dining area, kitchen, interior laundry and carport. The project included an extensive plan for trees conservation and new trees planting. The project is located in the central region in the Municipality of Cidra.
