Colinas de Hatillo Development
Colinas de Hatillo is a new low-income development set at the fast growing town of Hatillo, Puerto Rico. This development sponsored by Horizon Developers consists of a total of 200 residential units placed effectively on each lot to allow for future growth. Two housing models differentiate the project: Sol Model (1,030 s.f.) and Luna Model (920 s.f.). Each unit offers comfortable areas for the occupants as well as garage and laundry facilities. Three facades were designed to offer diversification among units and along the streets elevations.
