On February 3, 2011 RMA Architects, P.S.C. and Quantum-AIP (Atlanta, Dubai, San Juan) formed a strategic collaborative alliance for expanded professional services by both firms. 

Quantum-AIP is an international award winning architectural, interior and planning design firm that provides a wide range of services with a focus on the creation of livable and sustainable environments.  The firm was founded by architects Behr Champana and Howard Chen that have over 40 years of joint practice experience.  Quantum-AIP’s most unique characteristic is its innovative approach in their design internal collaboration process through the creation of highly specialized “think tank” and visioning studios.

Quantum-AIP experience includes projects in the United States, Latin America, Caribbean, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
