Manuel A. Pérez Sports Complex Phase I
Project included construction of new baseball field support building, improvements to dugouts and spectators seating area. In addition, the project included construction of new tennis courts, improvements to covered basketball court for handicap accessibility, new sidewalks and walkways and construction of children recreational areas. The baseball field was equipped with new lighting for better illumination during nighttime activities.
